The emerging vision for ‘Loop Head Together’ is gradually becoming clearer with every public meeting, every zoom, every focus group and every individual consultation. The conversation, which is still open, ongoing and welcome to all,  has so far been around the future development of the Peninsula into “A place where everyone can thrive” – and what that may entail or look like. 

As this process develops, it is also becoming very clear that this ‘coming together’, of individuals, of residents, businesses, local development groups, schools, GAA clubs, Biodiversity groups, Energy groups, Tidy Towns groups, Parish counsels, local heritage groups, the tourism Network and every small organisation from knitting to nature clubs - actually results in something quite profound - that is, the emergence of a very strong unified voice indeed.

It also points to a very hardworking community who have a love of people and a love of place at the heart of everything they do; something we hope to shine a spotlight on.

In this blog section, we hope to include various posts on the activities of our community partners (listed HERE), to update you on current projects, to review public meetings, to champion new initiatives and generally to talk all things “Community”
