Job Title: Administrator
Location: Hybrid working opportunity both remote and office based
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Between 12 and 18hrs per week)
Reports To: Loop Head Together CLG (Voluntary Board)
Wages: Pay will be Commensurate with Experience.
Job Summary:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Voluntary Board of Loop Head Together CLG.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Board and Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
Maintain project documentation, status reports and schedules.
Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other materials.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and community events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Monitor budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Provide general administrative support to the project team as required.
Be flexible and available to attend meetings at different locations, including occasional evening meetings.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Previous project administration experience would be advantageous but not necessary
Flexibility where possible (occasional attendance of meetings in community settings may fall outside normal working hours)
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
