Job Title: Administrator
Location: Hybrid working opportunity both remote and office based
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Between 12 and 18hrs per week)
Reports To: Loop Head Together CLG (Voluntary Board)
Wages: Pay will be Commensurate with Experience.

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Voluntary Board of Loop Head Together CLG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Board and Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.

  • Maintain project documentation, status reports and schedules. 

  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion. 

  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.

  • Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other materials.

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and community events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

  • Monitor budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

  • Provide general administrative support to the project team as required.

  • Be flexible and available to attend meetings at different locations, including occasional evening meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role 

  • Previous project administration experience would be advantageous but not necessary

  • Flexibility where possible (occasional attendance of meetings in community settings may fall outside normal working hours)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
